Pre-Employment Screening
Avoid the gut-wrenching, astronomical impact of a mis-hire.
Recruiting industry experts tell us that the real cost of a bad hire is not only the obvious cash-flow-draining salary + benefits, loss of team productivity, and missed sales opportunities. Add in the negative psychological impact on company leadership—the hours of painfully exhausting thought and agonizing discussions on do-we-give-her-more-time or how-can-we-get-rid-of-him (hours which could be used on actual profit-building)—and the "real" costs of poor hiring decisions shoot through the roof. What if you could identify top talent more scientifically? Now you can, through our powerful, proven pre-employment screening services.
Improve revenues and peace-of-mind by hiring top talent the first time.
At Leading Edge Profiles, we have harnessed the power of the next generation Leading Dimensions Profile (LDP), developed by Dr. Douglas Waldo, SPHR, a pre-employment assessment statistically superior to all other personality assessments on the market today, and the highly-validated and accurate Craft Personality Questionnaire (CPQ), a pre-employment assessment used successfully on multiple thousands of candidates from top-performing companies such as Wyndham Resorts, Hilton Hotels, Owens Corning, MetLife, Time Warner Communications, Ameriprise Financial, and many, many more. The LDP Profile utilizes 95 questions to derive two primary factors:
Achievement Drive is described as the focus and intensity with which an individual approaches common activities as well as long term goals. At opposite ends of the Achievement Drive continuum are two primary approaches: methodical and urgent.
Relational Drive describes the extent to which an individual engages emotionally in common circumstances. At opposite ends of the Relational Drive continuum are two primary approaches: guarded and expressive.
